Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly. Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant.

OK - this is some outside the box weird shit right here. Complete chaos and tension from the start, you just try and hang on till the end of this diverse EP. Doug Moore's batshit vocals tower over everything. I once excitedly described the first 3 songs on this disc to a friend as "a tech-death approach influenced by Trout Mask Replica-era Beefheart." He just told me to shut the fuck up.
